Pedals and Accessories: Pedals and accessories may be returned for up to 7 days after receipt of the product. The customer must pay all shipping and insurance when sending a pedal back to our store. All packing material, instructions and parts must be included and the product must be in new condition or an adjustment to your refund will be made. You must request an RA (Return Authorization) before returning any pedal or accessory. Please contact us for an RA.
Guitars and Amps: Guitars and Amps have a 48 hour approval period. The approval period starts upon delivery. The customer must notify us of a return within 48 hours of receipt. Please call 773-878-8616 or drop us an email to notify us within the 48 hour approval period. Please wait for confirmation and a Return Authorization before shipping the item back. We will provide return shipping instructions.
The customer must pay all shipping and insurance when sending an item back to our store. Items must be insured for the value paid. Any shipping fees for shipping an item from Rock N Roll Vintage to the customer will not be refunded. We do not consider the guitar or amp returned until we have received the item and verified it's in the same condition as shipped, any accessories must also be returned in original condition. For all new items, accessories such as hang tags, manuals and protective covers must be included and in their original condition.
If you are not certain how to pack a return, please contact us for proper packing instructions. It is very important to properly pack guitars and amps to prevent damage in the unlikely event they are returned.
Damaged and Defective Items: At our discretion we will either replace, repair or provide a refund for damaged and defective items. Proof of damage may be required. Please contact us for details. We must be notified within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or defective item.
Our Shipping Policy:
Domestic - Our standard shipping in the U.S. is UPS ground. We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. We always insure shipments. Amps vary by size and weight, please call or e-mail us for shipping cost on a item by item basis if shipping is not listed in the description.
International - International shipping generally uses USPS for accessories and UPS for larger items. Shipping fees include all packing material and handling fees but do not include any import duties or VAT taxes. All VAT and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. Pedals have flat rate shipping of $29. We can combine several pedals in a single box for $29 if you contact us when you place your order and request combined shipping. Guitars cost $95 to ship to Canada and $199 for International customers. Amps vary by size and weight, please call or e-mail us for an amp shipping quote.
International Restrictions:
Some New products can only be sold in the U.S. and we reserve the right to respect our distribution agreements and not ship some new items outside the U.S. If a restricted sale occurs we will refund 100% of the selling price. We also reserve the right to require wire transfer payment for certain regions known for fraud.
Layaway Policy:
A 25% Minimum Down Payment is Required. The balance must be paid off within 30 days. We will not ship until we receive full payment.
Payment Methods:
Payment by Wire Transfer: - Please call or email us for information on how to wire transfer payment to our bank. This is the fastest least expensive payment method and avoids credit card fees in the event the guitar or amp is returned.
Payment by Credit Cards and Paypal: - If paying by credit card you can place your order online for most pedals, accessories and new items. For Vintage and used Guitars and Amps you can call our shop at 773-878-8616 Weekdays Noon to 6PM CST and Saturdays from Noon to 5PM CST or email us to arrange your payment. Payment By Credit Cards requires the customer Ship to and Bill to addresses to be the same.
