Our Purchase Policy:
To HOLD any item for 24 hours just give us a call, we require a 20% deposit to hold any item over 24 hours with a 72 hour maximum, this is refundable as store credit only.
There is a 24 Hour Approval Period on Vintage instruments for authenticity only. This includes all parts and instrument finish. We do not give approval on tone or other personal preferences.
Our Return Policy:
Any Guitar Returns must be authorized in advance - call 773-878-8616 to authorize a return. Guitars returned within the 24-hour approval period for authenticity are refunded in full, MINUS shipping charges. The approval period starts after you have signed for delivery. If for any reason you require an extended approval period you must have prior authorization from Rocknroll Vintage Inc.
The Instrument must be returned in same condition as shipped.
The buyer is responsible for the instrument during the authentication period.
Shipping and related expenses are non-refundable.
Buyer pays for prompt return shipping via UPS or Fed Ex service or a comparable service with which it was delivered and must be sent fully insured.
Please contact us for proper packing instructions. It is very important to properly pack guitars and amps to prevent damage in the unlikely event they are returned. The buyer will take responsibility for all damages on returned items and must insure ALL returns.
For All Amps, Effects, Tubes, and any parts all sales are Final. All new products carry the full manufactures warranty.
Our Shipping Policy:
Domestic - Our standard shipping in the U.S. is UPS ground. We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. We always insure shipments. Amps vary by size and weight, please call or email us for shipping on a item by item basis. Most pedals are shipped free within the U.S except Fulltone which requires a slight shipping charge. Other accessories will have shipping charges (if any) on the item description in our online catalog.
International shipping also uses UPS. Please email us for rates to your country. These shipping fees include all packing material and handling fees but do not include any import duties or VAT taxes. All VAT and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. Amps vary by size and weight, please call or email us for shipping on a item by item basis. Some of or products can only be sold in the U.S. and we reserve the right to respect our distribution agreements and not ship some new items outside the U.S. Our online catalog will show which items are only available in the U.S.
Layaway Policy:
All Sales Final on Layaway Purchases. 20% Minimum Down Payment Required. Refundable as store credit only. Balance must be paid off within 30 days.

Payment by Wire Transfer: - Please call or email us for information on how to wire transfer payment to our bank. This is the fastest least expensive payment method and avoids credit card fees in the event the guitar or amp is returned.

Payment by By Check, Money Order: We will verify all money orders & checks and in all cases we will not ship until your payment has cleared.
